Suzan Adedipe has spent more than two decades helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate across Northern New Jersey. A licensed New Jersey broker with Corcoran Sawyer Smith, she works with clients throughout Essex, Morris, Union, and the surrounding counties—most of whom find their way to her the same way: through someone she's worked with before.
That's the practice she's built. Suzan focuses on long client relationships rather than transaction volume, and has been recognized year after year as a top producer, earning multiple NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Silver awards. Her work spans luxury single-family homes, new construction, townhomes, condos, and investment properties—and she's known for the kind of direct, principal-level service that comes from running her business herself rather than handing clients off to a team.
Beyond her real estate business, Suzan is a co-founding partner of Builder's Resource Center, a specialized firm working with residential and mixed-use developers from land acquisition through full sell-out. She also owns and operates a personal portfolio of long-term and short-term rental properties, so when clients ask her about investment property, she speaks from direct, hands-on experience.
Suzan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from William Paterson University and is currently pursuing her MBA there with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
